The correct sitting posture is a right angle approach which hands and thighs are in perpendicular positions with your body seated upright. The correct way to adjust the seat of the office chair is such that your work table is at your elbow level. Keep a distance of three to four inches from the seat edge and the calf so that you have enough leg room for easy mobility. Your knee levels should be as high as the hips and if they are not, you could raise the legs with a foot rest.
